Chaturbate account ban

Hi @punker barbie my account was blocked on Chaturbate for no reason, I think. A user sent me an inappropriate photo, and I said, "Send me your Telegram username." Afterward, the Chaturbate conversation ended and we had a private chat on Telegram. The user was blocked, and I was blocked automatically for interacting with them. Then I immediately contacted support, and a robot responded saying the account was blocked and that they would return my tokens (they haven't). More than three weeks have passed, and there's been no response. Even if they don't want to unblock me, they promised to return the tokens and haven't. I don't know what to do. Below are screenshots of the support response and my response, after which there has been no response for over three weeks.Thanks in advance for your help

I'll be honest, I don't approve of his behavior at all, and by sending him to Telegram, I wanted to destroy him there, which is what I did, since you can't use certain insults on Chaturbate.
