Did anyone have to wait the full 72 hours for their ID/application to be approved? I got my verification within about 10 hours but this part seems to be taking forever. I submitted IDs on Sunday.

I've already collected a shit ton of links to send in (I've got nearly 10million views combined on them all, holymoly!) and am really looking forward to getting all that content moved over to my own account.

It took the full 72 hours for about half of the IDs I needed approved to be verified, the other half were done in a day. *shrug*

Does anyone know if there's like a 6 month max restriction on retroactive ad payments? My views totaled about 9.1 million and the $ listed as total earnings seems a lot lower than anticipated.

I've looked through the FAQ about the payment program and can't find any info on this, nor a current $ rate per view. Any input is appreciated!

Thats what it shows for everyone. Once you start getting paid though it will keep track of each check in the payments section below that. If I remember correctly, it seemed like it took a few days after being approved for everything to kinda show up and even out.

I think I’m ready to jump into this. There are a handful of capped live shows that seem to never get taken down or just get reuploaded every time. Many are over 50,000 views. If I can’t ever seem to get rid of them I might as well start profiting. I’m kind of nervous about the process of signing up, I’m so happy this forum exists.

Like say you lived in the UK and you wanted to block England from seeing a video of you or something, could you do it? Also, when you get revenue from other videos that weren't uploaded by you, can you control what happens to that video? Does it get moved under your name or tagged or indicates publicly that it's yours?

No you can not geo block or restrict locations on pornhub. When you find videos not uploaded by you, email the links and have them moved under your account. Once it’s moved there will be a little blue check that means it verified and that your earning money from that video.

Well then, I stand corrected. I didnt know they had added that feature!!

edit: Blocking a whole country seems like it would drastically reduce your views and in the model payment program EVERY view counts lol.

OMG! I've been finding tons of my fetish videos lately and got a large handful of them transferred to my account. Now my earnings are skyrocketing! What? How they hell are they calculating these payouts?! I'm not mad, just confused, but it feels like free money even though these assholes cost me money in the first place. I've also noticed sales on said stolen videos go back up and a surprising number of traffic from paying videos is coming from Pornhub. It sucks the videos were posted in the first place, but at least it's bringing back some small profits with minimal work.

About 100 views is my guess. Some of my videos get more views from other countries so I imagine why earnings would skew with those videos in play. This is based off my assumption that Pornhub is paying for the ad views in a similar way to CrakRevenue.

One thing that doesn't sit right with Me is that they own any content you put up once you're part of their program - which essentially means you're breaking your contract with them if you upload it elsewhere. So, now I basically have to take the time to make new edits to videos before I start putting them up - and from what I've heard from friends so far, the money is not usually all that great - especially for kink niches. It seemed exciting at first, but I've kind of lost interest.

I swore I had seen this said several times... I checked through this thread and it does seem to get mentioned but with no link of definitive proof.

If anyone is curious how much some Pornhub videos are making per view (forgot to mention this in my previous post): around 2 million views equalled $1200 USD in the case of my friend.

Going by these number the payout would be something closer to $.0006/view and when I calculate my own views to earnings I get $.00057/view. I wonder if somebody calculated these numbers and just kinda thought rounding up to .001 was a good idea which is where the confusion would be. 10mil views @ .0005 is $5000 vs 10mil views @ .001 being $10,000... BIG difference.

It's been a bit since I read the contract, but I believe there's a line about them owning the rights to anything uploaded. (this is only for affiliates - any user can post anything they want, it just might also get removed at any time)

If you signed up for the wrong account, a quick message to their support or model support should get that fixed. As annoying as Pornhub is, their model support is pretty nice. They deal with tons of girls every day asking for stolen content to get taken down and it's easier on them if you have a model account, so I don't see why they wouldn't be willing to get that fixed for you if you ask.
