Hi everyone.
I have been trying to get paid from epayments to my bank account for 17 days now. Money is there but when i try do a payment to my bank account all i get is issues! it takes them 3 days to reply to messages! and the staff are useless as if they are all incompetent! They ask for additional documents, yet the account is already approved and funds loaded into the account. They do not work on weekends so for 1 single payment it takes well 17 days!!! and still have not been paid! They then refused to do my payment and the money is credited back into the account however since i now have been doing more research about epayments there are people that have been waiting 2 years to get there money out of epayments. And on their facebook page over 53 people have rated them 1 star with reviews of never been paid.

I strongly believe that anyone considering being paid from epayments to reconsider! rather use a different payment company. I have lost $4200 and with no light at the end of the tunnel i think ill never see a single cent in my account from epayments

As a bank to do manual payments as they have stated to me is a complete joke! it should all be automated. i mean you a bank and we living in the year 2018!!! why on earth must a person have to do my payments! this should be done by me not their staff!! that means they control my money and how i spend it! its a complete joke! If i use my internet banking i dont have to have an employee of the bank release the funds! i do it!

Anyways guys/ladies/models and staff of all websites please reconsider another payment option as this is not good business dealing with epayments.

Thanks for allowing this post and lets hope and pray we all get paid from this company "epayments"

i do not know why for you is that but i get paid fine by ePayments.
took 3 bussines days and i had the money in account.
by the way the account should be on your name to be able to recive funds and to not be questioned about is and required new documents.

does not work to any card it has to be a card that is related to your real bank account so at the end is the same , anyway is 0.60 $ for wire transfer so not a big deal
I think they meant transfer to the card you can get from ePayments, not from your bank.

I will carefully say, that because it's a e-wallet, and not solely a payment solution, the nomenclature and terms can be confusing.
I assume that the flow is as follows: Content website--->E-wallet--->Withdrawal to a prepaid card issued by the e-wallet provider.

I used the epayments, I made a bank transfer to my national account and I entered the wrong data they quickly answered me and said how I had to do to correct the problem, in 2 days I had the money. I also have their card and I did some withdrawals yesterday and everything went very well. I recommend .

yes by me the same

I would compare the two scenarios, for instance if a model can sign up to Epayments from main the main page and then add payees (web sites), or if the process has to start from a specific cam site.
There may be a special program made by a specific sign up flow from a link, in order to cope with the influx of new sign ups.
This is an educated guess, and it's best to ask each e-wallet directly.
I hope this helps.

with ePayments does not matter if you make it by yourself or in partenership with a site.

I have opened my ePayments independently but i clearly specifid at the source of income that i am a cam model. Many of our coorkers did not do this and thats why delay and stuffs. When you make the aplication you have to be honest because they work by the sistem like any other bank account that you open it in real life. In swiss for ex they ask you clearly the sourse of income and if after this you recive payments that you did not anounced the bank they hold your payments till you bring a proof that is your money.

I hear you. this means that during the sign up, there's an extra stage in which a model is asked to specify the type of freelance work. This seems self explanatory to me, however to a model who just received a re-directing link, it feels like a repetition of the obvious. If you add the fact, that many people, myself included, are not native English speakers, this could be frustrating. Now let's consolidate a check list of requirements that we know of so far:
  • An ID, preferably with an English section (This can minimize verification times, Cambodia ID's for instance, can take a specialist to read and translate, trust me I've been there).
  • A home address that has a proof of residence to it.
  • A valid local bank account with your credentials (belongs to you, and not to a relative/friend, a bouncing transfer is frustrating and slow to -reprocess!).
  • A description of the source of income/freelance (video chat, streaming can be good, I don't believe we have to be graphic:)
This is by all means just my experience, combined with what the models told me, and not a substitute for an assistance of an actual e-payments representative.
I hope this helps, I gotta run and get my unemployment papers now :)

I know i will hurt many feeling with this message but i do not understand why people does not make clear their source of income during registration process. Because lets make it clear any payment provider like ePayments or another they will see clearly in the future from where your money come and the fact we are cam workers. So why to not make a honest registration procces???

Not all of us are native English speakers, and a lot of models went under a lot of stress lately. In that situation, any excessive amount of text, with too much info can be considered as a negative action, or a mislead. There is a reason why coders are not the same people who write CRM e-mails, manuals and guides (Lord I hope they are not the same people).

Thanks, it's simply about how we read messages. Take the whole GDPR from last week, when all the subscription websites are sending the update to the terms and conditions. You don't read every word and every coma, you look for the part that says no action is needed on our end to continue using Spotify for instance, and that you can check the privacy settings etc later.
Think about it, do you ever read an e-mail from top to bottom, a web page, or even a paper utility bill? You toggle to what interests you. A lot of folks from the information based realm of any online business are insulted to learn that their content is monotonous, ineffective, and can send a Zombie to take a nap, and that's why actual support may always be in demand somehow.
I am a developer's worst nightmare in a sense that I contain the end user's point of view, the marketing aspect, and the technical lingo, and make no compromise.

well my dear yes i read all from top to bottom emails and all craps, i am a geek i know lol but this saved me from a lot of problems over the years

Take 5 min from my life to read any time a thing but over the years saved my ass and my wallet many time

Cool, I'm about to be 40 soon, and I don't have time to read every dash and coma, and I'm sure that younger people as well.
i am 32 and i have 2 kids and a familly but i take my time to read it because there are my money and my kids money so i have to.

If i have to calculate how much i was winning with this attitude well thats about 20 k dollars in the last 10 years.
