I experienced a third party ban on xmas with three consecutive warnings and then a ban messaging back to the email each time asking why and what to do not knowing that the hotel tv volume on level 1 was the reason. Day after xmas they said i was warned and gave it back. Since then tv off no sound just me.
Tonight, i had forgot to turn the tv off with no sound and when moving it could've passed through the screen but then i acknowledged and wrote support while sitting on screen just me in my bed with no sound I got another third party content warning so I got off and wrote again asking for help as clearly it was just going to keep going and ban me for no reason. I wrote them but I wanted to share this and ask for help.
To note I thought it was also odd, both warnings tonight did not come with an email like before either. I know the second was not valid at all.
