Better camera vs bandwidth

Sorry if this has been discussed. I'm thinking of getting a new model a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 off her amazon wishlist but had a question. If the internet connection she has is good but not great, is the hd cam gonna make things worse instead of better? I have been in some rooms that have clear cams but the video stutters. Is there a tradeoff between internet connection and cam quality or are there other issues to consider such as computer memory and cam software. She is on Chaturbate btw.

No it won't make anything worse, although the camera obviously won't be able to perform at its full capacity.

There are many factors that come into play when you are broadcasting on cam sites. it could be their servers on their end having problems, your isp could have a hiccup.

So it always best to get the best camera you can buy and highest internet connection you can afford.
