Dragon Con 2012!

In a few short hours I leave for Atlanta yet again for another eventful weekend known as Dragon Con. I am all too excited that I am going to talk about it while I stay up and wait for my early as fuck flight instead of doing the smart thing and getting a few hours of sleep. This thread will get resurrected Monday night at the earliest with hundreds of pictures and a tale of good time granted you'll just scroll through all of them trying to find any and every picture of D0mino- So that's almost 6 whole days to celebrate my being gone. I suppose it's fitting that the first Prom I ever attend is a zombie prom, I'm taking three different costumes and 4 different pairs of shoes- I'm such a girl. *Note- For Amber I will try to include one picture of me smiling.

The bulk of my time shall be in this costume, and I suppose this is what you girls like to call a teaser-

The last night of DragonCon at the Metro Diner this happened. We had seen them earlier and loved the idea and the execution of their costumes so as soon as they found out there was Karaoke magic took place.

I have no idea what Dragon Con is (I see no cons when it comes to dragons, only pros :?) but the pictures in the first post compel me to post these and then listen to the Drive soundtrack a few times and then watch Drive.

3 days 3 different costumes. Sad I didn't get as much recognition as I'd have hoped from Drive, guess it's because I just look like a guy in regular clothes from the front- why would I be in jeans and a jacket in god damn Atlanta though? C'mon people!

First time in 10 years I wore jeans. Save these photos I don't know when it will happen again

It really is a lot of fun, I strongly suggest Saturday and Sunday night. Saturday night EVERYONE is out and having fun. Sunday night because that is the last night so people try to get extra miles out of the trip because as soon as you wake up it's time to get ready to go home.

I went with two different groups. My woman was already going with her friends before we had even started to date and I was going with mine. I don't know how I was able to pull it off and survive BUT her group was the early to bed early to rise group while mine was the stay up late into the wee hours group and then there's me doing it all. I would go to bed past 5 in the morning and get up some time after 8 in the morning and get dressed and head out rinse and repeat. only time I saw my hotel room was to sleep.
