Help with Contacting Support / Locked Account

Hello @punkerbarbie I am having trouble getting in contact with the support team for over a week regarding a 5+ year old account (that apparently there’s a new issue with - which banned my current account until it’s resolved). Old @jakehype456 / Current @markw1999

posting and asking almost every day isnt gonna speed anything up, if your emailing them this much also, that would actually cause slower resolves i hear, as each new email would bump it to the end not in que where original 1st email would be. Plus they usually dont work weekends & coming holiday could delay things more also.

Please stop telling people that support staff does not "work on the weekends or holidays." It's simply untrue. I received a reply at 3:30 AM this morning from support (and posted the reply to a thread on ACF).
