Stripchat Payout

Hey guys! I'm new to Stripchat and was suppose to get my first payout yesterday on Tuesday but I haven't received it yet. And I have been trying to get a hold of customer service and has been difficult. In my payment history it says 'paid' on Sunday (2 days ago). I was wondering if I had put the correct payout option (the first option to chose), between ePay service, SEPA, ACH/Direct Payment, etc for a debit card in the USA. I chose the option ACH/Direct Payment, and input my info, would anyone know if this is the correct option I've chose for payments to get to my card? Thank you.

ACH/direct payment should be the right one for it to go to your bank account! Usually when banks get a payout from a company you haven't used before, it takes a few extra days (usually around 3 business days) to see it in your account. That would be my guess as to what's happening.
