Vendors for Temporary Tattoos

Has anyone found a good store for temporary tattoos? I am particularly interested in finding vendors who do original designs or license from top-tier designers. I am looking for designs that at least look original.

Here is one I have seen around named "Sad Fallen Angel". Love it or hate it, at least it does not look like some mass produced design.

True, although my problem with Etsy is usually that the quality varies so much from one vendor to another that you have to go through three bad vendors to find one good one.
